Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Usage Data: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We collect aggregate page views and referrer information.
User-Generated Content: Forum posts, bag setups, disc lists, and comments you create are stored in our database and displayed publicly (unless marked private).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain your account and user features (favorites, lists, bags)
- To send transactional emails (magic link login, newsletter confirmation)
- To process donations and merch purchases via Stripe
- To improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
- Stripe — payment processing for donations and merch purchases
- Printful — merchandise fulfillment (receives shipping addresses for orders)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Affiliate links to disc retailers (Infinite Discs, OTB Discs, Marshall Street) are tracked by click count only — no personal data is shared with retailers.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication (if you are logged in). We do not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Forum posts and public content may be retained for community continuity.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
7. Children's Privacy
ChainSeeker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
